What better time to put in evironmentally effecient equipment in a plant than when you are designing and building a NEW plant? Obviously the libs feel that its better to retofit the plant with the environmental equipment as an afterthought.

And yes he will win the Nobel “Peace” Prize if only because he’s bashing America. Like Jimmah Carter got his NPP when he bashed Bush and America.
I don’t know who is left in the running for this Nobel Peace Prize but their outta luck now that the whole thing has gone over to the dark side. I even think that Chavez or Ahmanutjob could have a shot at winning this “award” nowadays.
