Liberalism: Why think when you can “feel”?

Shrillary cites Obama’s grade school writings as proof of his ambition

Seriously…the b#tch is breaking out elementary school scribblings to get a snapshot of Obama’s mindset.  Just when I think that I’ve seen it all…

Since polls have shown Barry O overtaking Her Highness in Iowa, Hillary has been in full panic mode (MSM-induced fawning stories about her “regal” look and “calm in the face of crisis” notwithstanding).  From the New Editor:

The Chicago Tribune’s political blog The Swamp notes the latest example of the increasingly bizarre nature of the 2008 presidential campaign.

Apparently in answer to Barack Obama’s sarcastic digs at Hillary Clinton for her well-known long-standing desire to become president, Sen. Clinton’s campaign put out a press release noting that Sen. Obama wrote ‘essays’ in kindergarten and third grade saying he wanted to become president.

Yes, you read that correctly. From the Clinton press release:

In third grade, Senator Obama wrote an essay titled ‘I Want To Be a President.’ His third grade teacher: Fermina Katarina Sinaga “asked her class to write an essay titled ‘My dream: What I want to be in the future.’ Senator Obama wrote ‘I want to be a President,’ she said.” [The Los Angeles Times, 3/15/07]

In kindergarten, Senator Obama wrote an essay titled ‘I Want to Become President.’ “Iis Darmawan, 63, Senator Obama’s kindergarten teacher, remembers him as an exceptionally tall and curly haired child who quickly picked up the local language and had sharp math skills. He wrote an essay titled, ‘I Want To Become President,’ the teacher said.” [AP, 1/25/07 ]

Since Her Highness didn’t write a similarly ambitious grade school essay, perhaps something like “Why I want to be a Marxist bull dyke who wants to run a nanny state and wipe my saddlebag-covered #ss with the Constitution when I grow up”, that makes her more qualified (and less ambitious) than Osamabamadingdong?

  1. He wrote an essay in KINDERGARTEN????? I must be far more disadvantaged than I thought, we were lucky to learn to print our names in kindergarten. The Detroit public school system must have sucked for a looooong time before I realized it.

  3. Since he wrote that he wanted to be “a” President, not “the” President, might I suggest President of the NCAA. Get a playoff system in place, can the BCS and he would be a shoo-in in a few years.

I was going to say NAACP but I’m sure someone would imply that was racist; which I am not. The man needs some experience running something.

(IMHO, the first Black President of the US will be Harold Ford Jr. Once the rest of the family is safely locked up!)

  4. “breaking out elementary school scribblings”

Desperation is such an ugly color. When worn by an ugly person, the combination seems nearly unbearable.

  5. The more the Obama and Clinton bash each other, the better the chance the Republicans will get the dream opposition candidate to run against…John Edwards.

  6. Uh, didn’t we all at some point growing up get exposed to the mantra of, “you can grow up to be President one day!” I doubt that is a rare subject for children to write about.

Perhaps she would have preferred him write about “I wanna growed up and git my first wellsfare check, and get a caddy, and pimp like a mofo!” She wouldn’t have to worry about being called racist since no matter how racist a Democrap is, they get an automatic free pass.

  7. I found it funny Clinton making the comment that being a Senator does not quailfy Obama to be President…and speaking of ambition, didn’t she move to NY to become a senator so she could run for president?
