Liberalism: Why think when you can “feel”?

Albright has a fee-vah, and the only prescription is more misery

Holy frijoles, Batman!  To think that Not-too-bright was once this country’s Secretary of State!  From Hot Air:

The former Secretary of State has an interesting view of our times.

Albright’s message centered on the need for equality – not just domestically, but also on a global scale.

“If we were all rich, that would be very nice,” Albright said. “If we were all poor, it would be too bad, but we would be the same. What the problem is now is the poor know what the rich have as a result of information technology and the spread, generally, of knowledge. And, it creates a whole new host of problems in terms of disquiet and anger.”

So if the world was full of nothing but poor and ignorant people, we would have peace?

Sure, we’d all be rooting around in garbage cans and would have the collective intelligence of peat moss.  But hey, sometimes you got to make sacrifices for “equality” and “peace”, right?  Unbelievable.

To quote the great Sir Winston Churchill: “The inherent vice of capitalism is the unequal sharing of blessings; the inherent virtue of socialism is the equal sharing of miseries.”

  1. Albright is a communist and always has been. She even stated that it’s not right that the United States is the only remaining superpower.
I always enjoyed watching her speak beside Bill to see if I could detect his lips moving, much like Janet Reno.

  2. Alright I’ll concede on Al-not-too-bright. Maybe she does has a fee-vah, but I don’t think the only prescription is more misery…. but more cowbell?
