   Liberal “faith” is akin to Liberal “supporting the troops”. It’s non-existent.

   Frankly, I’d rather have SanFranNan pledge to keep her freaking hands out of my wallet!!

2. KG I agree completely! And I guess in the “Liberal Bible” which supercedes both New and Old Testaments, there is no such commandment as Thou shalt not Lie.

4. tnjack, I wonder what the Liberal Ten Commandments look like.

   1 ) Thou shalt have no other Gods before me…unless you worship Mother Gaia and worship at the altar of Gorbal warming.
   2 ) Thou shalt not take the Lord’s name in vain…unless you are a “spiritual advisor” of a presidential candidate, in which case it’s justified because you have been oppressed.
   3 ) Thou shalt not kill…unless it’s your unborn child.
   4 ) Thou shalt not commit adultery….unless you are unaware of the meaning of “is”.
   5 ) Thou shalt not bear false witness…unless it is a means to get you re-elected to public office.
   6 ) Thou shalt not steal…unless it’s from the working people to give to those who will not work.
   7 ) Thou shalt not covet….unless you are a poor, oppressed, welfare recipient, in which case whatever your neighbor has should be immediately taken from them and redistributed to you.
   8 ) Honor thy father and mother….unless your parents are homosexuals, in which case you must honor your mother and mother…or father and father.
   9 ) Thou shalt remember the sabbath and keep it holy… what’s the sabbath?
   10 ) Thou shalt not make any graven images…of any Islamic prophet. Otherwise, all others are fair game.

5. Great post KG, although I don’t think libs like the word “commandment” because it implies that someone else has the moral authority to demand something of them. I think they would rather come up with “The Ten Entitlements”:
   I. Thou shalt be entitled to a check for not working.
   II. Thou shalt be entitled to a free college education no matter how unmeritorious your academic record.
   III. Thou shalt be entitled to make a mockery of our immigration laws by entering the country without so much as a “May I?”
   IV. Thou shalt be entitled to free health care, because the money for it will surely blossom on the old growth trees we can’t cut down anymore…
   V. Thou shalt be entitled to an armed security detail if you’re a member of Congress; otherwise, thou shalt be entitled to repel an armed intruder with harsh language and a Nerf dart gun.
   VI. Thou shalt be entitled not to have your wittle feewings hurt by un-PC language in the workplace or classroom.
   VII. Thou shalt be entitled to a government grant for anything you care to do, as long as you claim that it’s “performance art.”
   VIII. Thou shalt be entitled to have the government bail you out of that $500K mortgage you signed up for, even though you work at Taco Bell and make $14K per year.
   IX. Thou shalt be entitled to marry a man, a woman, two men, two women, a donkey, a goat, a wild boar, or any combination thereof.
   X. Thou shalt be entitled to a free lawyer to argue that the reason you went bonkers and shot up a playground was because you drank too many Red Bulls or ate too many Twinkies.

6. Seriously, though, the quote isn’t in our canonized Old or New Testaments but her quotes do sound very much like verses in the Book of the Essenes. There was a strong environmentalist empohasis on those writings.

7. Liberalism is a theology more than anything. They’re giving us 10 million commandments along with the countless beatitudes of political correctness. Their theology can’t create any original concept … it’s all a clever counterfiet amd pervesion of the real Truth.

   Was Jesus Christ a liberal … ! When He suggested to the rich man to “give all you have to the poor, then come follow me” he didn’t take it by force instead when the rich man refused. This is the truth that liberals don’t understand –God never forces a person to do the right thing or takes from one and gives to another by force. He has given us the free agency to decide that for ourselves, and along with this choice comes the development of OUR OWnN instincts for campassion and humanity. Christians perform charity in the name of Jesus Christ and then give him the credit. Liberals want us to do it all in their name so some liberal politician, and their cause will get the credit. Its all a very clever deception to those who don’t understand Christ’s teachings.
