Liberalism: Why think when you can “feel”?

Americans think Obama will lose Iraq war

The Rasmussen poll results show that half of Americans think we’ll win in Iraq if McCain is elected, while only one in five think we’ll win if the Obamessiah gets elected.

But I’ve got a depressing question: How many Americans actually want to win in Iraq?  They know that we won’t if Obama gets elected, but do they care?  According to the poll, men want to win while women just want to yank out the troops, consequences be damned.

  1. How many Americans actually want to win in Iraq?

    The smart ones.

According to the poll, men want to win while women just want to yank out the troops, consequences be damned

I wonder who these people are polling. I’ve rarely seen a poll that reflects my views or those of my associates. I don’t know anyone that’s ever been polled….so just WHO are they talking to?

  2. Ugh – yet another clear indicator of the decay in our public school systems:

“only one in five think we’ll win if the Obamessiah gets elected.”

Obama has very clearly indicated that he will fully withdraw all American troops from Iraq if elected. One in five somehow think that’s a “win”?

  3. Good question about how accurate the polls are.
However I want to see the enemies of the US utterly defeated.
I want the war to end and I want the war’s end to be a result of a victory not a surrender or retreat.

Knowing how McCain wants to be in the CNN and MSM’s good graces he probably might pull the troops out.
