The commentator said the left will use this issue as a litmus test for future judicial appointees like the right uses Roe.

There is one BIG difference. The D.C Handgun case confirms an individual right specifically stated in the second amendment, where Roe is an interpreted right not specifically stated.

The left will never see the obvious, and must twist things to meet their needs whether it is: laws, politics, religion or morality.
