Mike is one of my favorites and one of the few that I never miss when a new article comes out. He is over the top sarcastic frequently (and I appreciate that immensely), and how he has managed to maintain his teaching post is beyond me due to his constant challenges to his own institutional “leadership.”

KG, you nailed my favorite passage as well. If only we could actually make that happen!

I particularly love this part….

I believe that I have a right to demand that you show me a copy of the U.S. Constitution every time you demand a new right. And if you cannot identify the constitutional basis of your proposed right, you forfeit that right as well as your right to vote in 2008. And, of course, I get to cast the vote you forfeited.
