Liberalism: Why think when you can “feel”?

Quote of the day

Probably another sign that The One made a good move in passing over VA’s Dem governor, Tim Kaine.  From Marque’s Letters:

Speaking this morning on Fox News Sunday about how the Biden pick will help Democrats in Virginia, Kaine has a curious answer:

Well, first, Joe comes from a state, Delaware, that borders Virginia. The eastern shore part of Delaware and Virginia are not only bordering but very very similar.

Um…no, Magellan, it doesn’t.  The eastern shore of Delaware borders…well, the Atlantic Ocean.  And a 50-mile stretch of MD, if you want to get technical.  But VA?  Not quite.  One would think the governor of a state would know his state’s borders.

  1. Hey maybe it was one of the 57 states? Dems and geography, who knew?

  2. I called attention to my Governor’s obvious lack of geographical knowledge on a Virginia political blog. I did mention that if Osama won, perhaps Gov. Kaine would follow him to DC & the Commonwealth of Virginia would be rid of Kaine for good. One guy blogged that I was unpatriotic for calling Obama “Osama”.

However, the guy didn’t correct my characterization of Tim Kaine’s comment as “moronic”.

It was good enough for Uncle Teddy.

In the world of liberalism you show your patriotism by undermining the troops.
