Finally: McCain calls Obama a liar
There’s a good reason McCain is calling the Obamaliar out: because Obama is, in fact, a liar. About freakin’ time, no?
Obama is to be rebuked for his lying. Luke 17:3 says “Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him.” I don’t see Obama repenting anytime soon, but that’s not my call. Also, Titus 1:13 says “This witness is true. Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith.” I don’t see Obama being sound in the faith anytime soon, either. For his sake, I pray I’m wrong.
Obama lies about ACORN connection
The notorious vote fraud (and corrupt) organization ACORN has a friend in The One. He used to work for them. Well, he says he didn’t, but as we’ve become accustomed to seeing from him, it’s a bald-faced lie. From Say Anything:
On Obama’s “Fight the Smears” website (which would be more accurately titled “spin the truth”) Barack Obama claims that he was never a community organizer for ACORN and that he never worked for the group in any capacity.
The problem, of course, is that he did work for ACORN. He worked for a subsidiary group of ACORN called Project Vote which engaged in the sort of voter registration drives ACORN itself has become notorious for defrauding.
…
Now I’m sure Obama and his disciples would say that Project Vote and ACORN aren’t the same thing. But if that’s true, why do Project Vote and ACORN share the same office space in both Arkansas (where ACORN was founded) and Washington D.C.?
…
So Obama wants us to believe that he never worked for ACORN. Yet the truth is that he worked for an organization that does the same thing as ACORN (voter registration) and shares office space with ACORN both in its headquarters in Arkansas of all places as well as Washington DC. Oh, and by the way, the two groups post their job listings together as well…
Unfortunately, many are duped by this evil man. Romans 16:17-18 says “For they (false teachers – Ed.) that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches DECEIVE THE HEARTS OF THE SIMPLE”. The Obamaliar’s actions belie his flowery rhetoric, but his words charm the simpletons and the moral deviants. Those who vote for a proven liar (to say nothing about his clear pro-infanticide record) will have to answer to God one day for enabling such a wicked man.
Obama receives illegal foreign contributions, but expecting him to follow the law is racist?
Accepting foreign contributions is illegal. Pointing out that it is illegal, though, is…yep, you guessed it…racist.
Could someone on the left please point out what is racially acceptable criticism of Obama and what is not? Because I’m of the distinct impression that any criticism these days of The One of Supremely Thin Skin and Shady Connections is racist…though I’m not sure what would give me that idea.
Again I ask: see why I’m sick of politics?
Taliban annoyed over mimes and dead jihadists…but mostly dead jihadists
Although you gotta admit that mimes can be pretty annoying! From Pakistan:
Two people wounded in a suspected U.S. missile strike in Pakistan’s northwest have died, raising the death toll to 24 in an assault that has deeply angered the Taliban, officials said on Sunday.
The U.S. has ramped up cross-border strikes on alleged al-Qaida and Taliban targets along Pakistan’s side of the border with Afghanistan, straining the two nations’ anti-terrorism alliance.
…
The intelligence officials, who received their information from informants and agents in the field, said the Taliban appeared to have been particularly angry over the latest strike, a signal that a senior militant may have been killed.
Exit question: Am I the only one who won’t lose any sleep over the Taliban being perturbed at us? I didn’t think so.
Obama tries to distance himself from Ayers
On the campaign trail, the Obamessiah has tried to distance himself from domestic terrorist William Ayers. He recycles the irrelevant line that Obama was only eight when Ayers was bombing the Capitol, cops, and other targets. Ayers is unrepentant to this day, yet Obama has deep, personal ties to Ayers that he cannot run from, though he and the MSM will try to do so.
Here’s an oldie-but-goodie from the University of Chicago, November of 1997:
…Ayers, who spent a year observing the Cook County Temporary Juvenile Detention Center in Chicago, is one of four panelists who will speak on juvenile justice at 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 20, in the C-Shop. The panel, which marks the 100th anniversary of the juvenile justice system in the United States, is part of the Community Service Center’s monthly discussion series on issues affecting the city of Chicago. The event is free and open to the public.
Ayers will be joined by Sen. Barack Obama, Senior Lecturer in the Law School, who is working to combat legislation that would put more juvenile offenders into the adult system; Randolph Stone, Director of the Mandel Legal Aid Clinic; Alex Correa, a reformed juvenile offender who spent seven years in Cook County Temporary Detention Center; Frank Tobin, a former priest and teacher at the Detention Center who helped Correa; and Willy Baldwin, who grew up in public housing and is currently a teacher at the Detention Center.
It sounds like Obama is, shall we say, “less than honest” about Ayers merely being a dude in his neighborhood.
Of course, the AP is already branding Gov. Palin as a racist for pointing out this connection (which, by logical extension, must make me a racist). Nope…no liberal media bias!
