They “give” them just enough to get by and then justify it by telling them that they aren’t good enough to make it on their own. They convince them that they need welfare, affirmative action, etc. to get through life, but how many of those programs ever actually lift anyone OUT of poverty?
The Democrats have taken entire races of people (my own included) and dumbed them down and made them completely dependent on the government. It’s really criminal.
