For Obama, charity begins at home…someone else’s home, that is

We all know about how millionaire Barry O leaves his half-brother to live in squalor in Kenya, all while telling us when he was running for the U.S. Senate (you know, that job he never shows up for?) in 2004 that “It’s that fundamental belief — I am my brother’s keeper, I am my sister’s keeper — that makes this country work.”

Well, add another Uhhh-bama relative living in squalor: his aunt.

Look, I’m not saying the guy is to be responsible for every distant relative.  I mean, I do well for myself, and there are aunts, uncles, and cousins I haven’t seen in a few years, so I have no idea if they could use my help or anything.  But that said, (a) I’m not the one who said “I am my brother’s keeper”; and (b) I’m not the one who used relatives as background images in my self-glowing political narrative.  Barry O speaks fondly of his aunt in that book that Ayers helped him write, yet he can’t take the time out to help lift her out of poverty?  That doesn’t sound like the Barry O who told us at Saddleback that ““Americans’ greatest moral failure in my lifetime has been that we still don’t abide by that basic precept in Matthew that whatever you do for the least of my brothers, you do for me.”

Besides, it’s not like Obeelzebub hasn’t paid his aunt a visit quite recently:

Speaking outside her home in Flaherty Way, South Boston, on Tuesday, Ms Onyango, 56, confirmed she was the “Auntie Zeituni” in Mr Obama’s memoir. She declined to answer most other questions about her relationship with the presidential contender until after the November 4 election. “I can’t talk about it, I just pray for him, that’s all,” she said, adding: “After the 4th, I can talk to anyone.”

“Hey, Auntie!  Long time, no see!  Yeah, listen…keep your trap shut.  You see what my minions did to that plumber in Ohio that had the nerve to question my judgment, leadership, and fitness for office?  Don’t think I won’t get them to do the same thing to you!  Now kill that cockroach over there, and take care of yourself.”

The media told us that when Obama visited his grandmother, it spoke well of his character. It seems fair to take the living conditions of his extended relatives as a similar glimpse into who this man is, and whether his personal actions match his lofty rhetoric.

1 Timothy 5:8 says “If anyone does not provide for his relatives, and especially for his immediate family, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.”  “Spread the wealth around”, indeed.

Hope and change and yada-yada-yada.  This man is truly vile and despicable.  May God’s will be done.

    Well, she was important enough to him that he devoted part of his book to her…

    I have Aunties that I haven’t seen in years, but I still send them money to make sure they have food and other necessities. It’s what FAMILY does.

    It’s just another example of how Obama uses people to get what he wants and then casts them aside like yesterday’s trash when they’re no longer useful to him. Yet the mindless idiots that are voting for him believe he’s going to give a damn about them? Come on people… disconnect the kool-aid IV before it’s too late!!!

    First of all, thank you for your comment. Secondly, might I suggest turning off the CAPS LOCK, as it is considered poor etiquette to use all capital letters for all words. It implies that you are screaming, and I suspect that you are not.

    Now, let’s get to the heart of your comment:

    Not exactly true. The whole “judge not, lest ye be judged yourself” is frequently quoted out of context by those who lack Biblical knowledge. God actually instructs His children to discern and rebuke sinful behavior. Therefore, it is my Christian duty to point you here for an explanation more thorough and accurate than any which I could give.

    TO SAY THAT BARACK IS A HYPROCRIT YOU DONT KNOW THE WHOLE SITUATION.

    I illustrated his hypocrisy perfectly, with his own words and with a reference to Scripture. That you don’t like the illustration is irrelevant, predictable, and sad.

    If Christians are pointing out the wickedness of Obama’s actions, that is not hateful. However, if they point out his wicked action in a manner that drips with hatred of the man and NOT the actions, then you are 100% correct: that’s not Christlike behavior.

    Yes, your Bible tells you to give. What it DOES NOT tell you is that it’s okay to TAKE from others and disseminate it as you see fit. That’s thievery – not charity. Huge difference!

    So do you believe it is a “reflection of Christ” to support the killing of an unborn child? Or that refusing to provide medical care to an infant that survives an abortion is Christlike? Christ was quite clear that if you don’t work – you don’t eat. So do you then believe it’s Christlike for people to refuse to work and take care of their families and instead expect the government to do it? I think if you search your Bible and your soul, you’ll find that Barack Obama’s policies are quite the opposite of being “Christlike”.
