The NP panel doesn’t look at facts but political opportunity. If you hated Bush you were going to get the Cracker Jacks prize! Look at Jimmah Carter. Once he started spewing vile hate about Bush he too won the Cracker Jacks Peace Prize! And we all know how smart Jimmah is. I still believe brother Billy was the good son!
