   In accordance with section 3 of the 25th amendment Whenever the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that he is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, and until he transmits to them a written declaration to the contrary, such powers and duties shall be discharged by the Vice President as Acting President. the white house has notified the appropriate individuals that he is transferring power from TOTUS to the VTOTUS, effective immediately until such time that TOTUS is again able to fulfill its assigned duties…stay tuned for updates.

3. Robert Gibbs wished to announce the President is so grief stricken at the loss of the teleprompter, there will be a memorial in the east room of the White House later this evening. Those attending will be all those who relied it’s service so much: Members of the first family, White House staff and members of the White House press corps. There will not be a eulogy president and his staff are now at a loss of words.

   …Now, Therefore, I, Barak Hussein Obama, President of the United States of America, do hereby appoint Friday, July 16th, 2009 National Day of Mourning for the Teleprompter of the United States. I call upon all Americans to observe this day with appropriate ceremonies and activities.

6. This just in from the new health care Czar, If only we had government run healthcare, this poor Teleprompter would have not needlessly fallen to it’s demise. So Hurry, don’t read this bill, this is a crisis like none others in American History and pass this Universal Health Care Legislation before more Teleprompters have to die.
