Around the news dial, “Kennedy dead” edition

Let’s take a peek at the events that have transpired since Ted Kennedy died yesterday, shall we?

Remember the similarly flattering MSM memories last year when Jesse Helm died?  Me neither.  Nope…no liberal media bias!

Chris Matthews got another thrill down his leg by declaring that (a) health care protestors at the town hall are basically Lee Harvey Oswalds; and (b) Obama is now the last remaining Kennedy brother.  Oswald was a commie…just sayin’.  But if B.O. is the last Kennedy brother, hopefully Michelle won’t be letting Barry drive a convertible over a bridge anytime soon, especially this week at Marxist’s Vineyard.

Peloco and her minions are now saying we should totally wreck the economy via ObamaCare for ol’ Teddy’s sake.

Recently Rush predicted that when Kennedy died, there would be an effort to rename the health care proposal after ol’ TK.  The moonbatosphere went nuts on Rush.  Yesterday, Robert Byrd (D-KKK) took off his white sheet robe long enough to declare that the health care proposal should be named after ol’ TK.

The MSM is running stories trying to gin up support for ObamaCare by linking it to Ted Kennedy, hoping that a wave of sympathy will turn into support.  CBS’ Douglas Brinkley even called him a “martyr” for ObamaCare.  Nope…no liberal media bias!

A talk radio station in The People’s Republic of Taxachussets yesterday suspended their usual conservative talk show lineup in order to replace it with liberal-only shows to wax eloquent about TK.  As luck would have it, unflattering calls were not allowed on the air.

Remember the leftist pep rally that was the Paul Wellstone funeral in 2002?  The Dems suffered for it.  Anyone wanna be that they don’t learn too well?

Friggin’ wonderful.  TK is going to be buried in Arlington National Cemetery.  How honored the dead heroes there must be!  Quips Ace: “Sure, why not. He gave his liver for his country.”
