So while the conversation didn’t need a teleprompter, his remarks about the “Race To The Top” program to the sixth graders DID require one.

Bill Clinton would be proud of the word parsing, sir.

But let’s be charitable and take your White House talking points at face value, shall we? You’re implying that a teleprompter, which is easy to understand him using for campaign speeches or State of the Union speeches or whatever, is a necessity in answering press questions afterwards? Really? So he knows the questions the reporters are going to ask him beforehand and has his answers prepared on the teleprompter?
