Obama: Yeah, I lied about that whole “you get to keep your health plan and doctor” thingy

Flashback to My Cousin Vinny: “Everything that guy just said was bull$h!t.”

For example, we said from the start that it was going to be important for us to be consistent in saying to people if you can have your — if you want to keep the health insurance you got, you can keep it, that you’re not going to have anybody getting in between you and your doctor in your decision making. And I think that some of the provisions that got snuck in might have violated that pledge.

Oh, I get it now.  It’s as if this totally perfect bill that matched all of B.O.’s rhetoric existed, and then unbeknownst to The One, this language that “violated that pledge” just mysteriously popped up into the current Senate bill…turning it into the “Bolshevik product” we all said it would turn into.  I mean, come on…it’s not like any attempt to prevent you from “keeping your current plan/doctor” was by design or anything, right?

You know, if I didn’t know any better, I’d swear the dude’s a shameless leftist liar or something!
