Are you effin’ serious? Administration forbids Marines from being armed while defending our embassy in Egypt?
U.S. Marines defending the American embassy in Egypt were not permitted by the State Department to carry live ammunition, limiting their ability to respond to attacks like those this week on the U.S. consulate in Cairo.
Ambassador to Egypt Anne Patterson “did not permit US Marine guards to carry live ammunition,” according to multiple reports on U.S. Marine Corps blog spotted by Nightwatch. “She neutralized any US military capability that was dedicated to preserve her life and protect the US Embassy.”
Well, I’m sure this whole “unarmed Marines” thingy is just a one-time thing, an aberration, an anomaly. Or not.

These optics suck, White House! I mean we have 4 Americans who are dead who were butchered and slaughtered because this administration did not have the foresight to fortify these embassies on the eleventh anniversary of 9/11. And there he is with all of his fanbois and fangirls in Vegas raising money while they scream ‘I love you!’ in the middle of an international crisis.
But hey, it’s ROMNEY’S STATEMENT that is drawing MSM scrutiny, right? Effin’ lapdog media.
